These Days “ Investing”  is a loose term used primarily to refer to real estate and paper assets. When I think of an investor, I think of a person who invests time into developing his skills and relationships.  An investor does not worry about the money, just about how many people’s lives he can help serve.  They know the key to greatness is to find a way to serve many people.

Craig Sotkovsky is a life-taught investor, primarily building his company portfolio of real estate and businesses from home over the past 15 years.  With millions of dollars’ worth of real estate deals under his belt, he is still humble enough to know there is still much to learn. He invests in his own personal skill sets, sharpening his “axe” to blaze new trails for himself, his family and company.  His philosophy is “mind your own business”, not meaning ‘stop being nosy’, but rather, focus on your business, your personal finances, and family. Once a person manages his ‘own business’, he transform into someone who will attract further success.
Craig was not born into wealth, he had to learn the truth behind every experience and how to pull oneself through adversity.  Realizing very early on that a person’s mindset i.e. his philosophies carves one’s future, he went on a journey to learn and form his own philosophies for success.

Craig learned that true investors know that they must go through the seasons: plant, cultivate and then reap the harvest. Fortitude and vision are key attributes to withstanding the seasons of investing. Instant gratification, indecisiveness and closed-mindedness will tempt and pollute the will of a beginner.  Patience, decisive plans and creativity will grow with experience and are constantly honed in a seasoned investor.  Time and freedom are the most important life goals for an investor.  The investor who focuses on developing his skills knows that he must reduce his learning curve therefore experience from the experienced.

Carpentry led Craig to real estate investing, "I got fed up working on people's houses that I would never be able to afford to live in. I took my own business seriously and stopped chasing money, and began chasing time and freedom.  I spent time building a rental portfolio and eventually expanded internationally.”  Craig has a proven track record of predicting and spotting trends in real estate markets throughout the United States, Caribbean, and Mexico.  Craig Sotkovsky is a not just a seasoned investor he is an investor skilled in any season.
